Decendants of an athletic family, Amandine began athletics at a tender age of 8 years old and has been active for over 20 years. Due to an injury, she turns to swimming, triathlon and marathons.
Her passion about sports have motivated her on developing other skills rather than just focusing on speed, endurance, and strength, and she’s verydetermined to share her knowledge and skills towards her training sessions.

An avid extreme sports lover that bears significant amount of injuries. Faizal strive to believe that strength training provides aid to all those periodical issues.

Started training Judo & Tennis at 9, Loic decided to live from his passion and studied sports training at Uni while teaching on court and at the gym.
Since 2015, Loic has been coaching internationally across several different countries.
What fulfils him is to help people reaching their goal by building a strong trust relationship.
Fond of sports since childhood, Sophie has practiced a large array amongst which are volleyball and Aikido. Above all, skiing is her main passion which she has done competitively. This passion for sport led her to take an interest in movement and rehabilitation.
In 1996 she pursue her interest as a physiotherapist and an osteopath. And currently her main focus is sharing her Pilates technique that she acquired during her professional practice.
