Swimming

Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it’s also a good way to relax and feel good. We have top instructors to teach or show you the proper technique whether you are in to compete in your coming race or just needed to improve in various swimming styles.

Aquagym

Aquagym strengthens muscles, increases heart rate and improve breathing tonus and blood flow. In addition to all those benefits which any sport can have, the advantage of aquagym is that is “non traumatic”. Unlike many land-based activities, the risk of injury is minimal. The resistance of water prevents pulled, strained and sore muscles. All shocks are cushioned, there is no impact with the ground. Movements are gentle and flowing. Result: joints work gently and gain flexibility without stress.

Kids Triathtlon / Activities

Triathlon is perfect when you need a new challenge! If you’re just getting started, know that anyone can do three sports one after another over short distances (300 m swim, 8 km cycle and 2.5 km run segments). It’s a good way for kids and soon adult beginners to try out all three sports at once with a minimum of training. Do check the other kids activities that we have.

Tennis

Get to learn the second most popular sport worldwide! Technical skills, tactics, footwork and mental conditioning. Tennis can be played as a sport or as a recreational activity. Either way, playing tennis is a good sport to maintain your health, fitness, strength and agility. Tennis can be a great workout such as cardio tennis with lots of fun.

Pilates

Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
